A Dream Come True

It might sound like a familiar story, one you might have heard before, but to us it is a dream come true. Our pickles began around 2008 in a local NC kitchen.

They were shared with friends and family throughout the area until the demand of sampling these pickles came from perfect strangers.

The Rest is History

The pickles made their way to local farmer’s markets around the NC area, until they were discovered by a distributor for the NC-SC region. As they say, the rest is history, and these pickles are being enjoyed today throughout the Northeast.

We’re Working for you!

We warned you it would sound familiar and all too good to be true, but here we are after several years in the making of the seasoned pickles that started it all. We have added some new recipes and are working on more additions to our pantry.

  • Last summer while shopping at the Rock Hill produce stand, I noticed your pickled green tomatoes on the counter at the checkout. I bought a jar. When I was a kid my Uncle Chet in Connecticut used to make these. I always loved his green tomato pickles. When I tasted your pickled green tomatoes I was taken back in time. I had not experienced this taste since I was a kid at my uncle's house. So wonderful to have a favorite taste memory come rushing back. That week I also served them to friends at a get together in my home. One friend, Sandra is diabetic. I knew these did not have sugar, and she would be able to eat them. Sandra is from South Africa and had never tasted green tomato pickles. She went CRAZY for them!!!! She said it was the best thing she had ever tasted since she came to the USA almost twenty years ago! I am not kidding.... Those were her exact words! So I gave her my jar! They specialize in selling lots of locally made products! It would be so close by for me to get your pickles any time!

  • I found your pickles at a road side stand in Hollis Crossroads Alabama while returning from a trip. I don't care a lot for pickles myself. I bought these for my son who loves pickles. I tried one after returning home. Oh my word, it was the best. I'm sad to say I ate the entire jar. I then looked for them at every store I went in. I then took a trip to Tennessee with my cousin whom I had raved to about these pickles. We searched everywhere,to no avail we couldn't find them. Upon returning home I found them at a farmers market in Valley,Alabama.( Yay,for me!) That same day my cousin called to say she had found them at the farmers market in Lagrange. (Yay,for her!) She loves them. I'm so glad I found these. They are the best!
